Bio

As a partner and one of the founders of RAM Law, Ed Rebenack’s practice is devoted to representing victims who have suffered catastrophic injuries or lost loved ones in truck crashes. A fierce litigator and skilled negotiator, Ed’s victories are numerous including multiple recoveries over $1million.

Ed earned his Juris Doctor from the Seton Hall University School of Law, and has been certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney since 2005. He focuses his practice on commercial motor vehicle litigation. Ed has been board certified in Truck Accident law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy since 2019. He obtained his Class A Commercial Learners Permit and enrolled in truck driving school to obtain behind-the-wheel experience to better represent truck accident victims. Ed is a member of the AAJ Trucking Litigation Group; the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys; the Million Dollar Advocates Forum; and regularly lectures to other attorneys on truck accident litigation.
